Dr. Adekoya Adesola Olubunmi is a graduate of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (MB), Bachelor of Surgery (BCh) degree in 2004.
He had his paediatric training at Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, and is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP). Dr. Adekoya completed his sub-speciality training in Paediatric Endocrinology at the Paediatric Endocrinology Training Centre for West Africa (PETCWA) in Lagos, Nigeria in 2015.
He completed the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology Clinical Fellowship at the Karolinska Hospital, Solna, Stockholm, Sweden in 2017. Dr. Adekoya is a member of the African Society for Paediatrics and Adolescent Endocrinology (ASPAE) and several other professional groups. He is a published author and a manuscript reviewer.
He is a Christian and is happily married, with children. Sola is a voice for the helpless.
